If the 69 year old actor gets the full asking price for the property, he will make a neat $1 MILLION profit – Indiana Jones will be impressed by this move! Ford currently resides in the cosy family home with his current wife, Ally McBeal star, Calista Flockhart and their nine year old son, Liam.
At the time of buying the seven bedroom estate back in 1983, Ford – who was one of the biggest Hollywood stars at the time – was married to his second wife, Melissa Mathison. The couple divorced in 2004.
So what does this surplus size property has to offer? As well as boasting seven generous-sized bedrooms (which commands breathtaking views of the city and the ocean), the super luxurious mansion features a regal dining area along with country kitchen, a cosy living area, a family room, eight bathrooms and even a library! The outside is just as beautiful – the grand home possess a picturesque garden.

One of the world’s leading rappers has secured a deal to buy a stunning Miami mansion that has been his home since 2010. Lil Wayne has recently negotiated a deal to buy his Miami Beach waterfront home for $11.6 million, having leased the property for two years.
The stunning property is set in a private location once favoured by Cher and is set to be the Grammy award winning artists’ home for years to come as he plans to spend more time with his children. Keep reading to learn more about Lil Wayne’s spectacular home.
The 15,101 square foot, three storey property boasts large expanses of glass, steel and select marble. The Huffington Post reports that ‘the two-story master suite is accessed by a glass and steel elevator and the property includes a three-bedroom guesthouse.’
The property sits on about 120 feet of waterfront on La Gorce Island, a private gated community in Miami Beach. It is a favourite location for reclusive celebrities, with Cher having called the place home in the past.
The Grammy-winning rapper, born Dwayne Michael Carter Jr, admitted in an interview last spring that he intends to retire at 35 to spend more time with his four children. The star will turn 30 in September and his ninth studio album, Tha Carter VI, was released last summer.

This is not the first time the red-brick property caught the attention of film directors: A scout for director John Hughes (Hughes wrote and produced Home Alone) approached the owners about featuring the home in the 1989 film, Uncle Buck. The offer was declined, as the couple just moved in and have not sold their old house.
Now the Abendshiens are ready to move on and downside, as their daughter (who became Macaulay’s playmate during the filming) is now all grown up. In fact the whole family was acquainted with the child star, giving him the nickname “Mac” and describing him as ‘a nice, but quiet boy.’
Now, we all know that Macaulay DID NOT grow up to be ‘a nice, but quiet’ guy!
Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson has snapped up a monster-size mansion in South Florida from American football player Vernon Carey. Well a big guy needs a big home!
Last year, sources have learnt that the WWF legend and Hollywood actor sold off multiple properties in the South Florida area. Now, I think, he found ‘the prefect one’ – look at the pictures and you’ll see why.

Well at least Dwayne can enjoy watching his hit movies which includes, Journey 2: The Mysterious Island, Tooth Fairy and Family Guy. If he wants to make extra money on the side, at least Dwayne has the option of charging his pals to watch his blockbusters!

According to sources Carey, who was the first ever resident to move into the property, bought the mansion for $3.7 million back in 2009. Sources also reveal that the sportsman barely spent time in the house – how is that possible?! Well, let’s hope The Rock will make better use of this dream abode!

Following the first film, the sequel is based on another Jules Verne novel, this time The Mysterious Island, similar to the first movie.

In less than two months, Drake sold his mansion for $2.4 million. The Canadian rapper put the four bedroom property on the market just after the New Year. It may have been the one of the quickest property sale in history, but it came at the big price for poor Drake – $100,000 to be exact- as it was listed for $2.5 million.

The 30 year old paid $6.7 million for the property back in 2007. Ouch – that’s a $3.7 MILLION loss – double ouch! According to celebrity gossip sources, the spectacular estate been has on and off the market several times, but never managed to attract a buyer. That might change now that the mansion has a bargain-bucket price tag!
Located in the gated Summit community of Los Angeles, the 7,453 Tuscan style pad, features all the things dream houses are made of: five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a rather swanky kitchen with updated Viking appliances, a private swimming pool and spa, a maid quarters and a master suite, with his and hers bath – and last but, by no means least, the grand outdoor space. Take a look at it! It can even take an angel’s breath away!
Still, Britney has her reasons for virtually giving her stunning abode away: maybe she wants to leave a particular infamous memory behind? During her residence in the mansion, she suffered a well-publicised breakdown in 2007. Who can forget that in a hurry?
