Kim Zolciak is about to make the big bucks with her very own spin-off reality TV show which will concentrate on her new baby(s) and new life. The new celebrity mansion is quadruple the space of their last townhouse; a whopping $3.2 million 11,000 square feet estate situated on 2 acres of land.
The two-acre Roswell estate has 3 kitchens, elevator and covered porch overlooking a basketball court. There include 2 laundry rooms, hers and his walk-in closets complete with built-in drawers and shelves. There’s a morning kitchen and a sitting area that has a fireplace within the master bedroom. The formal dining room possesses a butler’s pantry. There is a terrace level movie theater with 30 seats.
KJ, now nine months, has a rock ‘n’ roll nursery, however Kroy and Kim are waiting to figure out the new baby’s sex prior to converting their guest bedroom within another nursery. The couple finally got married on November 11th in a lavish Georgia wedding. Kim, 33, is now 4 month’s pregnant and she’s excited that baby KJ will have a new baby sister or brother who will only be 15 months apart.
They will be welcoming their new addition in September of this year. The couple says they don’t care if the new baby is a boy or a girl, they are just wishing for a healthy baby. Kroy is a very attentive father and husband who bathes KJ every night, and goes out to retrieve all the foods that Kim craves, amongst the cravings includes jalapenos that she snacks on all the time. Kim complains of being exhausted all of the time, yet is very joyful of her new family and doesn’t miss all the drama of the housewives. Kim’s spin-off Don’t be Tardy for the Wedding is set to air on April 26th at 9:00 p.m. on Bravo.

One of the world’s leading rappers has secured a deal to buy a stunning Miami mansion that has been his home since 2010. Lil Wayne has recently negotiated a deal to buy his Miami Beach waterfront home for $11.6 million, having leased the property for two years.
The stunning property is set in a private location once favoured by Cher and is set to be the Grammy award winning artists’ home for years to come as he plans to spend more time with his children. Keep reading to learn more about Lil Wayne’s spectacular home.
The 15,101 square foot, three storey property boasts large expanses of glass, steel and select marble. The Huffington Post reports that ‘the two-story master suite is accessed by a glass and steel elevator and the property includes a three-bedroom guesthouse.’
The property sits on about 120 feet of waterfront on La Gorce Island, a private gated community in Miami Beach. It is a favourite location for reclusive celebrities, with Cher having called the place home in the past.
The Grammy-winning rapper, born Dwayne Michael Carter Jr, admitted in an interview last spring that he intends to retire at 35 to spend more time with his four children. The star will turn 30 in September and his ninth studio album, Tha Carter VI, was released last summer.

If he wants to make extra money on the side, at least Dwayne has the option of charging his pals to watch his blockbusters!

Following the first film, the sequel is based on another Jules Verne novel, this time The Mysterious Island, similar to the first movie.

According to celebrity gossip sources, the spectacular estate been has on and off the market several times, but never managed to attract a buyer. That might change now that the mansion has a bargain-bucket price tag!
