Just a month after selling her huge $38 million Beverley Hills property, Friends star Jennifer Aniston has found a new home. However, it’s no sprawling mansion but rather a modest two bedroom house in the Hollywood Hills.
Aniston has set up home with her new boyfriend, actor Justin Theroux. The couple have signed a lease on the property while they look for a permanent home.
Cosy home perfect for Hollywood couple
The 42 year old actress and Theroux – star of hit movie Your Highness and the forthcoming comedy Wanderlust – only made their relationship official in May. However, they have moved into the cosy two bedroom property while searching for a property to buy.
A source told US Weekly: “One bedroom is the master and the other is currently furnished as a guest room.
“It is a really romantic house with great views and a warm feeling in every room. If they decide they like it, it’s also for sale.”
The property boasts hardwood floors, a pool and spa, viewing deck, vaulted ceilings and French doors leading to the garden.

Aniston recently sold her Beverley Hills mansion after deciding it was ‘too much’ for her and that she wanted to simplify her life.
Having announced that she was taking a break from work, the Horrible Bosses star has recently returned from a romantic holiday to Hawaii with her screenwriter boyfriend – he wrote Iron Man 2 – where they spent nearly a fortnight in the remote location.
“I’m not having triplets. Not having twins. Nor am I having one baby. I did not elope… You heard it here. I’m not knocked up now. I recently quit smoking, and you do put on some extra pounds. It makes a difference, especially if you’re not 20,” she tells GQ magazine.
“I think people maybe want me to have a kid now… I still kind of go with, if it happens, it happens. I’m calm and peaceful with whatever the plan is. It’s not something where I’m going, ‘I gotta have a kid!”’
Aniston also spoke about her romance with Theroux, revealing they have had “awkward moments,” but she remains hopeful about their future together.

Celebrity gossip websites report that a source close to the 40 year old writer and actor told US Weekly: “He’d make an excellent father. Since he’s a screenwriter, he could work from home and take care of a kid.”
